In the two years I have personally worked with Brett I have found him to be totally reliable and trustworthy. He is thorough, he's on the ball, and he always gives 110%. Brett is very involved with implementing our IT plan and works in close collaboration with our own IT team to do that. We have over 95 users on our system and Brett has a proven track record of giving the right advice for the right situation, and we trust him implicitly.

A huge, huge thank you for all that you, and your team, have done for us since our catastrophic fire in April 2008. I would especially like to thank you personally for all the work you did in the immediate aftermath of the fire. We were all amazed by your swift action on the day after the fire even though it was a Sunday! Thanks for arranging the retrieval of data and the hire of temporary servers and laptops to keep us going. With your attention and hard work we were able to keep a semblance of sanity and normalcy under very trying circumstances for everyone.

Brett, and the entire Supportnet team, have been our first and only port of call for the past six years. He provides complete support, service and advice and most importantly, provides it in a language I can understand! I have no interest in knowing how our IT systems works, as long as it does and Brett and his team makes that happen for us.
